• Once a brace has been fitted and accepted, we are unable to accept a return due to health and safety regulations.

• Breast pumps may only be returned if they remain unopened and in their original packaging.

• No refunds will be issued for used or opened medical devices due to health and safety regulations.

• If you believe you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within one week for assistance.
